  • Nope! All you need is a Google account -- and any internet browser of your choice.​

• Does it matter what kind of photography I shoot? Will it still work for me if I shoot ...?

  • Yes, it will work for you! It doesn't matter if you shoot families, boudoir, newborns, weddings, etc. Since the Client Progression is personalized for you, exactly what you shoot doesn't matter. ​

• What makes this different from my CRM and/or Quickbooks?

  • This is not a robust CRM with features that you will never use, nor is it an overwhelming financial management program. It is a clear, concise, and focused tracking tool that follows a client from their contract to product delivery. It is meant to supplement what CRMs historically do not do well - putting everything in one place for you.​

• Will I need constant support?

  • No, you won't. It is designed to be intuitive and simple, but if you do need some guidance or support as you figure it out, we are happy to help. ​

• How is this customized and personalized for me?

  • The Client Progression that you receive won't work for just anyone -- but it will work well for you. We import your pricing philosophy, preferred product delivery methods, and approach to model releases into the Client Progression so that no one is exactly the same -- but then again, you aren't just any photographer!​

• If it is personalized for me and the way my business works, how long does it take to get it once I order?

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for it to arrive in your inbox. We use this time to take the information that you provide about your business to customize the Client Progression specific to your needs. Trust us! It is worth the wait!​
